Sabor Sabor was born from a dream of founder Liz Derflingher, born and raised in Mexico City. Fifteen years ago, her passion for Mexican gastronomy brought her to the Netherlands, with the goal of sharing the real Mexican food as she knew it from home. Today, that dream forms the soul of Sabor Sabor: a warm restaurant in Rotterdam where tradition, taste and hospitality come together. The team consists of Mexicans and other Latin American employees who provide an authentic atmosphere. From the music and culture to the vibrant energy of the service – everything breathes Mexico.
